The system will allow users to generate and print vehicle activity reports based on the information stored in the system (start/stop/ transit times, distance travelled, violations etc). Reports may be based upon aggregate daily or weekly data or between any two dates.
The daily vehicle log is colour coded to highlight any vehicle movements that occur outside of the user's normal working hours (normal working hours are registered in the user's profile). The log shows start and stop times, moving time, standing time, the number of stops, time spent in barred locations, the time spent in barred location with the ignition off and the total time spent in the vehicle.
The weekly report is a table of data showing a summary of each day’s activities. It shows the Vehicle Registration number, day, date, start time, start location, stop time, end location, total standing time, total travelling time, and total distance.
Users can also create reports for fixed periods of time. The menu allows the user to view events over a period of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, all, between two dates and by event type. |
