To reduce risk and get help quickly after an accident; the systems safety sensors and optional equipment can be installed to work in conjunction with the telephone system: e.g. the engine and fuel will automatically shut off and the electrical supply can be cut to minimise risk from sparking. If a temperature sensor detects fire in the engine bay it will automatically try to extinguish it using a CO2 canister (optional). Should your vehicle be submerged in water the system can also unlock doors, and open the windows to equalise the pressure and make escape easier.
