Each unique SMART FOB and SMART CARD is matched to the system and recognised as the user approaches their vehicle. The FOB keypad allows you to perform system settings and control functions such as the engine start, alarm disable, window opening or closing etc. The keypad is also used for manual alarm activation or to make telephone calls. The user can simply dial a telephone number and hear the conversation through the vehicles inbuilt speaker system, and speak through the system’s microphone.

If you have forgotten where you have parked and are faced with a sea of cars in a giant car park, simply press a button on the remote; this will cause the hazard lights to flash and the system siren to sound for 3 seconds - without unlocking the vehicle.
